Ingredients:
- sour cream - 100 g.
- butter - 100 g.
- flour - 200 g.
- salt - to taste
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- onion - 400-500 g.
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- semi-hard cheese - 200 g.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- salt - to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter.
2. Add sour cream, salt, flour with baking powder and baking soda.
3. Knead the dough and leave it for a few minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: mix eggs, grated cheese, sour cream, salt, and fried onions with meat.
5. Put the dough on the bottom of the baking dish, forming the sides.
6. Put the filling inside.
7. Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
