How to cook liver for everyone to eat: a delicious recipe for the family
Liver is a very healthy and budget-friendly product used to make salads, appetizers, pates, and main dishes. Not all people like liver because it has a specific flavor that is difficult to get rid of during cooking.

Ingredients
- Chicken liver - ½ kg
- Egg - 1 pc
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Carrot - 1 pc
- Onion - 1 pc
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour - 4-5 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the roast. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
2. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Finely chop the chicken liver and rinse it from the yellow veins.
4. Add the egg, salt and pepper, two tablespoons of sour cream, garlic and flour to the liver. Mix well.
5. Put 1 tbsp of the mixture in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and check that the patties hold their shape. If necessary, add another 1 tbsp of flour to the bulk and mix.
6. Fry the cutlets on low heat on both sides until cooked under the lid.
