On the night of November 11, explosions were heard in the Moscow region. The unexpected "cotton" was heard in Kolomna, and Moscow residents in the Strogino and Krasnogorsk districts also complained about it.

This was reported by Russian publics. Photos and videos from the scene were posted online.

Russians report that unidentified UAVs are trying to attack the Machine Building Design Bureau (KBM) in Kolomna, Moscow Region. Air defense is operating over the city.

According to eyewitnesses, fire trucks arrived at the enterprise. Police blocked all entrances to the plant. Local residents also reported a strong burning smell in the area.

Russian propagandists have reported that a drone was allegedly shot down over the Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering in Kolomna and crashed on the roof of the enterprise.

"According to preliminary data, the drone shot down over Kolomna tried to attack the Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering," the report says.

However, eyewitnesses report that the KBM was hit. Two buildings of the plant suffered damage to the roof and cladding, and windows were smashed.

It is worth noting that the Kolomna-based Research and Production Corporation KB Mashinostroeniya is one of Russia's leading design and research and production centers in the field of military equipment.

The corporation is part of the High-Precision Complexes holding of the Rostec state corporation. The plant produces Iskander-M tactical missile systems and Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. These are the missiles used by the aggressor country to bomb Ukraine.

The company is on the sanctions list of all EU countries, the United States, Canada, and a number of other countries.
