Ingredients:
- Butter - 125 gr
- Sugar - 120 gr
- Flour - 200 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Raisins - 50-60 gr
- Nuts - 50-60 gr
- Corn flakes - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the softened butter with sugar.
2. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well each time.
3. Pour in all the flour, and mix.
4. Add raisins and nuts and mix.
5. With wet hands, form the dough into walnut-sized balls.
6. Roll each of them well in the flakes.
7. Place on a baking sheet covered with paper at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other.
8. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Cool until warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
