Cauliflower is a very nutritious and tasty vegetable that can be purchased at any store or market. This product is great for pickling for the winter. You can make a very budget-friendly salad that you can eat in a day or simply store in a jar for a long time.

The idea of preparing a cauliflower salad for the winter was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname alin withkitchen. This appetizer will be a great addition to the festive table.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 2 kg.
  • sweet pepper - 1 kg.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 4 pcs.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • oil - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • vinegar - 150 ml.
  • salt - 1.5 tbsp
  • sugar - 120 g

Method of preparation:

1. Divide the cabbage into florets.

2. Cook from the moment the water boils for 4 minutes.

3. Drain the water and add the chopped carrots, onion in half rings, and bell pepper in strips.

4. For the marinade, mix everything and bring to a boil.

5. Pour the vegetables, mix, and put the load.

6. You can eat in a day, but it is better to leave it for another day.
