- cauliflower - 2 kg.
- sweet pepper - 1 kg.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onions - 4 pcs.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- oil - 1 cup (200 ml)
- vinegar - 150 ml.

- sugar - 120 g
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the cabbage into florets.
2. Cook from the moment the water boils for 4 minutes.
