Biathlon champion says it's impossible to "sweep away your hatred" without Russians

Olympic champion Dmitry Vasilyev has come up with a new reason why world sport has suffered due to the suspension of Russian athletes. The former biathlete suggested the absolutely absurd idea that now Europeans and Americans have no one else to spew hatred at.

Vasilyev said this in a commentary to the propaganda TV channel Match TV. The accomplice of Vladimir Putin's dictatorial regime and an ardent fan of the murder of Ukrainians and the war against our country added that the lack of rivalry between Russia and other countries allegedly harmed the West.

"World sport has lost a lot, a lot. What is missing, perhaps an important component for our enemies, is that there is no one to scold. Previously, there was a source to somehow take out their anger and hatred, to accuse the Russians of everything, especially their sins. But now there are no Russians, and who do they have to blame? Even in this part, they have lost a lot," Vasilyev said.

Earlier, a well-known propagandist Dmitry Guberniev concluded that the world biathlon does not feel the absence of Russian athletes.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Olympic cross-country skiing champion Yelena Vyalbe called for a powerful bomb to be dropped on London to return Russia to world sports.
