Ingredients for the base:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • juice of half a lemon

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • 1 cup of cashew nuts (soaked for about 30 minutes)
  • 0.5 cups of coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • a few blueberries
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons of warm water (if necessary, if the mixture is too thick)

How to prepare:

1. Blend all the ingredients for the base in a blender until smooth.

2. Form into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

4. Place all the frosting ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

5. If necessary, add a little warm water if the consistency is not smooth enough.

6. Cover the truffles with the glaze and place them back on the baking sheet.
