Ingredients for the base:
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 cup of dates
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- juice of half a lemon
Ingredients for the glaze:
- 1 cup of cashew nuts (soaked for about 30 minutes)
- 0.5 cups of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- a few blueberries
- juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons of warm water (if necessary, if the mixture is too thick)
How to prepare:
Put the dried fruit in a blender bowl

1. Blend all the ingredients for the base in a blender until smooth.
2. Form into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

3. Leave in the freezer while you prepare the icing.
4. Place all the frosting ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

5. If necessary, add a little warm water if the consistency is not smooth enough.
6. Cover the truffles with the glaze and place them back on the baking sheet.
