A delicious appetizer of baked peppers: the recipe went viral on social media

Bruschetta with baked bell peppers is a real hit this fall. The appetizer is really very sophisticated, even though it costs a pretty penny. The dish will be the perfect addition to any of your celebrations.

The idea of preparing an elementary appetizer from bell peppers was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Kobyk (oliakobyk). The taste is moderately spicy and quite light.

Ingredients:

• bell pepper - 3 pcs.
• garlic - 1 clove

• a little salt
• vinegar - 0.5 tbsp
• oil - 1 tbsp
• dill

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the bell pepper.

2. Put in a cast iron pan.

3. Bake for 30 minutes.

4. Then peel the pepper and cut into strips.

5. Add salt, vinegar, oil, garlic and dill.

6. Mix and chill.

7. Serve on bread spread with cream cheese.
