Salads on the New Year's table should not only be delicious but also look beautiful. That's why hostesses can resort to decorating tricks or simply give the dish an interesting shape.

On Instagram, a food blogger with the nickname kris_estet told us how to make a beautiful salad in the form of a whisk. Due to its appearance and unsurpassed taste, this dish can become a real gem of the New Year's table.

Ingredients:

  • Salad mix
  • Bacon slices
  • Chicken fillet
  • Dried garlic
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Dried basil
  • Cream cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Dried cranberries
  • Dill
  • Walnuts

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Olive oil
  • French mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Dry garlic
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into slices and marinate in spices.

2. Wrap the fillet slices with bacon slices and put them on the grill or in a dry frying pan and bake until the fillet is cooked.

3. Form small balls from the cream cheese.

4. Finely chop the dill, dried cranberries, and nuts, and mix everything together.

5. Dip the balls in a mixture of nuts/cranberries/dill – it looks like a Christmas tree ornament.

6. Form the salad. Spread the salad mix with a whisk, put the sliced bacon roll, cherry halves, Christmas tree ornaments made of cheese on top, and grate Parmesan cheese on top.

7. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.
