Warming tomato cream soup: how to prepare the star of all fall dishes at home
Tomato cream soup is a pearl of autumn cuisine that every housewife should know how to make. This first course is warming and extremely flavorful.

Ingredients
- tomatoes - 1 kg
- onions - 2 pcs
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs
- garlic - 1 head
- olive oil
- Italian herbs
- salt
- pepper
- broth - 240 ml
- cream - 120 ml
Method of preparation
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
2. Cut the onion in half. Wash the pepper. Cut off the top of the garlic head, exposing the cloves.
3. Place in the baking dish.
4. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
5. Bake at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Put the peeled garlic, tomatoes and peppers in a saucepan.
7. Beat with a blender until smooth. Add the broth.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more broth to get the desired consistency.
9. Stir until smooth and bring to a boil over medium heat.
10. Add cream and cook over low heat for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
