The recipe for such a sponge cake was shared by a food blogger with a nickname diali cooking on Instagram. She explained how to make the perfect vanilla base for desserts using only 3 eggs.

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • sugar - 100 g
  • flour - 125 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • oil - 35 ml
  • freeze-dried berries

Method of preparation

1. Beat the eggs with sugar until very fluffy (at least 10 minutes) to make the mass rise well.

2. Carefully sift the flour with baking powder and mix with a spatula.

3. Add oil and mix again.

4. Add the freeze-dried berries.

5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

6. Cool and wrap in cling film.

7. Put in the refrigerator for a day and only then use as desired.
