"Transparent" pancake for breakfast: a recipe for an original dish from Hector Jimenez-Bravo

If you want to prepare a delicious and light breakfast dish very quickly, use eggs, cheese, vegetables, and rice paper, which can be the basis for omelets, appetizers, spring rolls, and even desserts.
Hector Jiménez-Bravo shared a recipe for a delicious rice paper dish with eggs, cheese, and onions on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Rice paper – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Feta – 30 g
- Sweet pepper – 50 g
- Green onion – 1 tsp.
- Sunflower oil – 1 tsp.
- Chili flakes – 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika – 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the oil, chili flakes and paprika.
2. Put the rice paper in a preheated frying pan and pour the flavored oil over it. Add chopped feta, pepper, and green onions.
3. Beat in the egg and mix with a spatula, then wrap the pancake.
Try the dish right away, hot!
