Ingredients:
- apples - 900 g (700 in pure form)
- flour - 70 g (about 0.5 cups of 200 ml)
- milk - 100 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 pinch
- olive oil - 20 g
- lemon (juice and zest) - 20 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the apples (you can use a cabbage shredder or a regular knife).
2. Mix all the ingredients one by one. You can put the apples and pour the dough over them, or you can put the apples in the dough, mix them, and then put them on the parchment.
3. Add the zest of 0.5 lemon and pour over the lemon juice.
4. Put in a well-heated oven to 180 degrees.
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
