Fall tours

The off-season is no reason to get bored and postpone your vacation. If you want to travel, you have to go. We have prepared a selection of the most attractive budget locations for you. So where to rest and what to see - we tell you below.

Porto

The city is located in the western part of Portugal on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Among tourists it is famous for fortified wine - port wine. The drink is made in the northeast of the country in the valley of the Douro River. Autumn here is mild and sunny, so it is convenient for walks. The air temperature from September to October varies from +21 to +24 °С.

We recommend to start the excursion route from the historical center, which in 1996 was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Here we recommend to have a look at Palácio da Bolsa - stock exchange palace. The structure was built in the XIX century in neoclassical style. Be sure to see the Arab Room. Today it is used for receptions of state officials.

It is also worth a trip to the Ribeira district. Here is the Don Luis I Bridge, which connects Porto with the municipality of Vila Nova di Gaia. And, of course, visit the House of Music. By the way, free concerts are often held here.

The price for an apartment for 5 nights varies from $365 to $584. A superior double room in a hotel will cost about $571.

Bratislava

Imagine, it is the only capital city in the world that shares borders with two independent states - Austria and Hungary. The temperature ranges from +16 to +21°C from September to October.

Be sure to go up to the Bratislava Castle, which offers an amazing panorama of the Danube. We advise you to visit the Blue Church, which was built in 1910s for the Hungarian Princess Alzbieta. The architect Eden Lechner was responsible for the construction of the shrine. At a glance, you can see that the creator put his whole soul into the masterpiece. Currently, the shrine is considered a symbol of Bratislava and even has a copy. It is located in the Brussels park "Mini Europe".

We also recommend a stroll through the Old Town. Medieval streets, beautiful baroque and rococo houses have been preserved here. Don't forget to visit the Main Square, where the Town Hall and the Roland Fountain are located. Vodograi was built in 1572, and by the way, not for beauty. It supplied the population with drinking water.

A double room for 5 nights will cost about $496. An apartment will cost somewhere around $320.

Riga

The capital of Latvia is located on the shore of the Gulf of Riga on the Baltic Sea. Interestingly, the historic center of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The air temperature from September to October ranges from +19 to +27°C.

One of the symbols of Riga is the Dome Cathedral. The majestic shrine impresses with its architecture and 25-meter organ. Climb to the observation deck to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area.

For souvenirs, head to the Central Market. It was built in old German airship hangars. Visit the Botanical Garden of the University of Latvia. The alpinarium and terraces contain more than 300 species of mountain plants from the Alps, Pyrenees, Carpathians, Himalayas and Caucasus.

Superior apartments will cost approximately $410 for 5 days. For a standard double room you will have to pay about $346.

Prague

One of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. The capital is located in the western part of the Czech Republic. The average temperature in early fall ranges from +19 to +25°C.

Be sure to go to Prague Castle, which is on the list of the largest castle complexes in the world. It's also the residence of Czech presidents. Here stands St. Vitus Cathedral, where the rulers of the country are buried.

We also recommend visiting the Dancing House. Its roof offers a view of the Vltava River and the Old Town. If you want to admire the beauty for longer, visit the restaurant on the top floor. And art lovers should go to the National Theater. This is where Mozart first performed his famous opera Don Giovanni.

A double room will cost about $335 for 5 nights. Apartments will cost approximately $330.

Tirana

The largest city of the Republic of Albania. The average temperature from September to October ranges from +22 to +27°C.

Be sure to take a stroll around Skanderbeg Square. Here is the Etem Bey Mosque, one of the oldest and most beautiful in the country. Its construction began in 1789 and lasted until 1823. Inside you can see frescoes depicting trees, waterfalls, etc.

At the monument of Mother Albania there is an observation deck, from where you can admire the beautiful view of the mountains. And also visit the National History Museum, which houses important exhibits: sculptures, icons, paintings, mosaics, etc.

A deluxe double room will cost approximately $334 for 5 days. A lake view apartment will cost about $500.
