The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and healthy "shawarma" made from rice paper and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients:
- three sheets of rice paper
- water
- chicken meat or shrimp
- fresh vegetables, cabbage, iceberg
- sweet and sour sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Dip the rice paper in water for a few seconds and place it on the work surface.
2. Then add any filling to taste and wrap very tightly (if not tight, the rolls will fall apart).
3. Cut and serve with your favorite sauce.
