Hearty salad
Ingredients:
- 1 smoked chicken breast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 boiled eggs
- 2 medium carrots
- 150 g of cheese
- a handful of roasted walnuts
- a bunch of green onions
- mayonnaise
- salt / pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the breast into cubes, add chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Mix and spread on the first layer.

2. Then grate the eggs on a coarse grater, season with salt and pepper and brush with mayonnaise.

3. After a layer of carrots grated on a coarse grater, a little salt and mayonnaise. Then grated cheese and toasted chopped nuts on top. The sides of the salad can be slightly smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkled with chives.
