Homemade pancakes are one of the simplest and most delicious flour dishes. To make them fluffy, cook them with warm kefir.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious and fluffy kefir-based pancakes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 180 g of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 90 ml of kefir
- 150 g of flour
- 5 g of baking soda
Method of preparation:
1. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, kefir, and baking soda to the cottage cheese and beat.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon the batter, and fry the pancakes on both sides.
Serve hot with jam!
