Ingredients:
- potatoes 1 kg
- egg 1 pc
- flour 3 tbsp.

Filling:
- Mushrooms, onions, carrots, minced meat
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the filling: fry the onions and carrots, add the mushrooms, fry until the moisture evaporates, add the minced meat, and simmer until tender, season with salt and spices.
2. Boil the potatoes until tender, peel, mash them, add the egg, salt, pepper, and mix.
3. Form the zrazy: put the filling into the dough and shape it, sprinkle a little flour on the surface and hands to make it easier to form.
4. Fry on both sides until cooked through.
