Plum pie with sour cream filling: how to cook delicious pastries according to Liza Hlinska's recipe

Chef Liza Hlinska knows exactly how to make a plum pie. On Instagram, she shared a detailed recipe and showed how to make the sour cream filling.
Ingredients for the dough
- Flour – 100 gr
- Butter – 50 gr
- Egg yolk – 2 pcs
- Sugar – 30 g
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Salt
Ingredients for the filling
- Sour cream 15-20% – 200 gr
- Egg – 1 pc
- Sugar – 70 gr
- Corn starch – 10 g
Additional ingredients
- Plums – 300 g
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Mix the yolks with sugar.
2. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
3. Grate the cold butter, add to the flour, and grind into crumbs.
4. Combine the crumbs with the egg mixture and knead the dough.
5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
6. Cut the plums in half, remove the pit, and cut each half into 3 more pieces.
7. Add cinnamon to the plums and mix.
8. Prepare the filling. Mix eggs with sugar.
9. Add the starch and mix until smooth.
10. Add sour cream and mix again.
11. Form the cake. Put the dough on the bottom of the mold, 20 cm in diameter. Smooth and form the sides.
12. Put the plums with cinnamon.
13. Pour the filling, not reaching the edge of 1-2 mm.
14. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
15. Take out, cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
