New Year's salad "Snowdrop" from budget products: how to make a spectacular dish
Chinese cabbage is an ideal vegetable for making delicious and budget-friendly salads. It also goes well with all vegetables, herbs, cheese, eggs, crab sticks, fillets, and shrimp.
Cook Olga Matviy shared on Instagram a recipe for a very easy-to-prepare and delicious salad of Chinese cabbage with fillet and cheese.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 400 g
- Mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Fillet - 2 pcs.
- Dill - 50 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
For decoration:
- Processed toasted cheese (in sticks) 4 pcs.
- Wild garlic, chives
- Skewers
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet in advance and let it cool.
2. Separate the Chinese cabbage, cut out the hard part, cut into small pieces and immediately season with mayonnaise or sour cream, mix a little and put on a dish.
3. Put the chicken fillet on top, brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle with dill and grated cheese, and put tomato slices on top. Let it soak for 20 minutes. Garnish the salad with herbs and cheese!
