The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and juicy baked mackerel with soy sauce, mustard, and garlic.
Ingredients:
- freshly frozen mackerel 2 pcs.
- oil 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- garlic 2 cloves.
- salt
- paprika
- a mixture of peppers
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the fish, remove the bones so that only the fillet remains, and rinse again.
2. Brush the fish with the marinade and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
3. After that, transfer to a baking sheet and cook in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes under the foil, then remove it and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
