Drinks will help with this

Many people face the problem of airsickness. Flight attendants claim that there are ways to overcome this unpleasant feeling.

According to The Sun, there are two ways to stop feeling sick on board a plane, namely special drinks.

One flight attendant recommends pouring cola into a cup and then pouring it from one container to another 10 times.

"By the 10th pass it should basically be flat. Have the sick person sip on the flat coke very slowly," the crew member advised, adding that after that, the symptoms of nausea will noticeably decrease.

Other experts recommend doing the same procedure with lemonade.

"Citrus apparently helps airsickness. I learned a trick from another FA to spread the juice of a lemon/lime on a hot cup and to give it to the passenger to smell," the article said.

Ginger tea will also help with nausea as it soothes the stomach well during the flight due to the "fizz" and taste of the root.
