Ingredients:
- sweet pepper - 3 kg.
- water - 1 liter
- sugar - 300 g
- vinegar - 120-130 ml.
- vegetable oil - 200 ml.
- bay leaves - 3 pcs.
- black pepper - 5-7 peas
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, peel, and cut the peppers into four pieces.
2. Boil water with all the spices, vinegar, and oil in a saucepan.
3. Put the peppers in the marinade.
4. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
5. Put the prepared and sterilized peppers in the prepared and sterilized jars.
6. Pour over the marinade.
7. Roll up, and cover with a blanket until it cools completely.
8. Store in a cool place.
