For lunch, you can make a delicious stew with any side dish. To make it juicy, dried prunes are ideal. The dish is very juicy and not at all dry. At the same time, it is cooked without adding oil.

Ingredients:
- large chicken fillets – 2 pcs.
- onion – 2 pcs.
- garlic – 3 cloves
- dried prunes – 300 g
- butter – 40-50 g
- water – 2 cups
- salt – to taste
- allspice – 2 pcs.
- plums – 2-3 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
2. Add to the stewing dish with the already cooked onion in butter.
3. The whole flavor will depend on the prunes – they should be dried and without pits.
4. Add all the prunes, 2 cups of drinking water, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, salt, a piece of butter, and allspice to the meat.
5. Simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes.
6. Add 1 more clove of garlic, chopped plums, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
7. If desired, you can whisk the prunes into the gravy or leave them as they are.
