How to cook porcini mushrooms for a festive table: an original idea
Porcini mushroom is one of nature's most delicious gifts. It is used to prepare many dishes, each of which has an extraordinary aroma and taste.
On Instagram, food blogger Iryna Maksymchuk offered a recipe for cooking porcini mushrooms in an unusual way. This dish can even be served on a festive table.
Ingredients
- Porcini mushrooms
- Ghee butter
- Onion
- Salt
- Cream
- Potatoes
- Green onions
- Hard cheese
How to cook
1. Rinse the mushrooms, chop and fry in ghee for 10 minutes.
2. Add the onion and fry until golden brown.
3. Add salt and cream. Stir and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Boil medium-sized potatoes until tender in salted water.
5. Form baskets of potatoes in muffin tins.
6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
7. Fill the molds with mushrooms, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
