The cook shared a recipe for a delicious baked liver with onions, wine, and plums on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 100 g of wine (50 in onion/50 liver)
- thyme
- liver 500-600 g
- 1 tsp. balsamic
- plums
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, remove all excess, and fry in a pan with thyme and wine. Fry the onion separately with wine.
2. Put the fried onions in the baking dish, then the fried liver, add the thyme, and cover with plums.
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
