Bulgur is not only a budget-friendly, but also a very healthy cereal that can be cooked not only in a saucepan but also in a frying pan. Bulgur goes well with vegetables and meat.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy bulgur with spices and butter on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g. bulgur
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • boiling water

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the groats well and fry in butter for 5 minutes.

2. Add salt to taste, stir, and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

3. Pour boiling water (the water should completely cover the cereal) and cook over medium heat until the water is completely evaporated and absorbed.
