Ingredients:
- 100 g. bulgur
- 20 g of butter

- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the groats well and fry in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt to taste, stir, and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour boiling water (the water should completely cover the cereal) and cook over medium heat until the water is completely evaporated and absorbed.
