How to cook buckwheat in a tasty and unusual way: sharing an original recipe
According to experts, buckwheat is the healthiest cereal, and you don't need to cook it, just pour it with kefir. Buckwheat can be used to make not only soups and porridge, but also salads, buckwheat pancakes with meat, and even desserts.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious buckwheat with mushrooms, onions, and chicken on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- onions
- carrot
- mushrooms
- meat
- buckwheat
- butter
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes, wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, fry in butter with the meat.
2. When the roast is ready, add the tomato paste, spices and buckwheat, cover with water, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes over medium heat, until fully cooked!
