Ingredients:
- Boiled veal 300-400 g
- Cherry tomatoes
- A can of canned corn
- 1 avocado
- Herbs (cilantro, green onions)
- Croutons (optional)
- Sesame seeds (toast a little in a dry frying pan)
For the sauce:
- Soy sauce
- Oil for the sauce
- Lemon
- A teaspoon of mustard
Method of preparation:
