The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and light avocado salad with tomatoes and meat on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled veal 300-400 g
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • A can of canned corn
  • 1 avocado
  • Herbs (cilantro, green onions)
  • Croutons (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (toast a little in a dry frying pan)

For the sauce:

  • Soy sauce
  • Oil for the sauce
  • Lemon
  • A teaspoon of mustard

Method of preparation:

1️. Chop the boiled veal, tomatoes, and herbs.

2. Add a tin of canned corn, one chopped ripe avocado, green onions, and season with the sauce.
