Delicious "Coleslaw" cabbage salad: you can wrap it in pita bread or put it on a burger
"Coleslaw" is the world's most famous American cabbage salad. It can be enjoyed as a standalone dish or as a great ingredient for a burger or shawarma.
Food blogger Tetiana Yushyna knows exactly how to prepare this salad. She shared its recipe on Instagram and claimed that "Coleslaw" is a great addition to any meat dish.

Ingredients
- Cabbage – 400 gr
- Carrots – 200 gr
- Apple – optional
- Celery – optional
- Black pepper – optional
- Parsley and herbs
Ingredients for the dressing
- Mayonnaise
- Hot mustard
- Mustard in grains
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Chop the cabbage. You can take 50\50 white and purple cabbage. Put them in a deep container.

2. Cut the carrots into thin strips and add to the cabbage.
3. Add all the dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
