Food blogger Catherine Wood shared a recipe for incredibly delicate cookies on Instagram. They are made in the shape of hearts and are perfect for celebrating Valentine's Day.
Ingredients
- Flour - 225 gr.
- Butter - 150 gr.
- Powdered sugar - 75 gr.
- Pink icing
Method of preparation.
1. Mix flour, butter and sugar in a bowl. Knead the dough. It may take some time.
2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 12 pieces.
3. Use a spoon handle to form hearts in each piece.
4. Use the cocktail stick around the edges to create a cute pattern.
5. Place the dough in the freezer for 1 hour.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. Put the icing in the middle of the heart and let it harden completely.
