- Powdered sugar - 50 gr
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Method of preparation.
1. Prepare the dough. Combine warm milk with yeast. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix, cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place.
2. Separate the white from the yolk. Set the yolk aside.
3. Add salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar to the protein, whisk a little, add oil, 1/2 cup of milk and the dough. Mix gently.
4. Sift the flour in several stages and knead the dough. First in a bowl, and then on the table for a few minutes. You don't need to knead for a long time; the dough should be tender and slightly sticky to your hands.
5. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.
6. Punch down the dough a little, roll it into a rectangle 8-10 mm thick, brush with softened butter, sprinkle with sugar and coconut.
7. Wrap the roll and cut into buns about 3-4 cm long.
8. Place in a greased baking dish, cover and let rise in a warm place.
9. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 180°.
10. Prepare the cream. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and milk.
11. Grease the finished buns with cream and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
