Cinnamon buns: be sure to make pastries this fall
Cinnamon buns are very fluffy sweet buns that many people associate with autumn and family comfort. And now is the time to make this dessert. The products are perfect for family tea drinking, they are very flavorful and soft.
The idea of making fluffy autumn cinnamon buns for tea was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Senych (yuliia.senych). The filling is classic - sugar combined with cinnamon.
Ingredients for the dough:
- milk - 300 ml.
- dry yeast - 5 g (or 15 g of live yeast)
- sugar - 20 g
- flour - 150 g

- butter - 100 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- soft butter/ghee 100g
- sugar - 150 g
- cinnamon - 20 g
Ingredients for the cream:
- icing sugar - 120 g
- cream cheese - 70 g
- butter - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, sifted flour and yeast to the warm milk.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Leave the dough under a towel for 30 minutes in a warm place.
4. Add eggs, sugar and salt to the dough.
5. Mix well and add soft butter.
6. Knead soft and elastic dough.
7. Put the dough into a greased bowl and leave it in a warm place under a towel for 1-1.5 hours.
8. For the cream, beat the soft butter with the icing sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy for 2 minutes.
9. Add cream cheese and beat for another 3-5 minutes.
10. Roll out the dough, which is well suited, into a 60x45 layer.
11. Spread with butter or ghee and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
12. Roll the roll evenly and cut it into equal pieces with a dental floss. Fold the edges of the buns down.
13. Put the buns on parchment, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
14. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-35 minutes.
15. After baking, brush the warm cinnamon buns with cream.
16. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with caramel.
