Baked mackerel with delicious sauce and potatoes: a recipe for the whole family

Ingredients:

• potatoes - 600 g
• onion
• seasoning for potatoes

Sauce:

• mayonnaise or sour cream - 100 g
• grainy mustard - 1 tbsp
• honey - 1 tbsp
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
• salt, pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into fillets, make cuts on top, salt and pepper.

2. Mix everything for the sauce, grease the fish.

3. Boil the potatoes, put them in the bottom of the baking dish, top with the fish and onions, and pour the rest of the sauce.

Bake the fish in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
