What to add to zucchini fritters to make them puffy: a simple ingredient
Zucchini do not need a long heat treatment, so it is very convenient to prepare various fast and budget dishes from them. And one such dish is fritters. If you serve them with a delicious sauce - it will turn out quite hearty. But for the texture to be lush, you need to add one special ingredient to the batter.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 500 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 300 g
- kefir - 300 ml
- semolina - 4 tbsp.
- oil - 1 tbsp + for frying
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- spices - to taste
Method of cooking:

1. Grate zucchini, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes to let the juice flow.
2. Squeeze well and add all the other ingredients.
3. Mix the mass well.
4. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until tender.
