Food blogger Oksana Dorosh(oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for minced meat fritters.

The recipe for minced meat fritters

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 300 g
  • kefir - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • egg - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper
  • dried parsley

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg, salt, ground black pepper and dried parsley to the mince. Stir to combine.

2. Pour the kefir into the mass and add the flour. Mix everything until homogeneous.

3. Spoon the mixture onto a heated frying pan like fritters. Fry on both sides until tender.
