Ground meat can be used not only to make cutlets, meatballs for soup or dumplings, but also to make delicious and hearty fritters. They are easy and fast to make - the process takes only 10 minutes.
- minced meat - 300 g
- kefir - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- egg - 1 pc
- salt, pepper
- dried parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, salt, ground black pepper and dried parsley to the mince. Stir to combine.
2. Pour the kefir into the mass and add the flour. Mix everything until homogeneous.
3. Spoon the mixture onto a heated frying pan like fritters. Fry on both sides until tender.
