The idea of making golden fried pies with milk was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yuliia with the nickname jocheretyan. They are very soft inside.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of warm milk
  • 20 grams of raw yeast
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1-2 tsp of salt
  • 40 grams of vegetable oil
  • 500-800 grams of flour

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the milk, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and sift in the sifted flour.

2. Knead well.

3. Leave to rest for an hour.

4. After an hour, lightly knead the dough again and form the pies.

5. Let the formed patties rest for 10 minutes, then they will be tender and fluffy.
