It's always a challenge to prepare supper because, after a day at work, you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. But this meal should be as light and nutritious as possible. That's why you can use the following idea to cook a dish of meat and vegetables in a skillet.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet
  • red onion
  • zucchini
  • risotto pasta
  • dried garlic
  • spices for chicken
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet into strips and add spices for chicken, and salt.

2. Fry the red onion in a frying pan and add the finely chopped zucchini. Fry for 5 minutes.

3. Add the chicken fillet and fry for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

4. Boil the pasta in boiling, salted water for 6-7 minutes.

5. Drain and add to the chicken and vegetables.

6. Mix well and serve.
