What can be quickly prepared from meat and potatoes for lunch: a budget and hearty dish in the oven
Meat and potatoes are versatile ingredients that are definitely in every kitchen and can always be used to make something delicious. Alternatively, a simple casserole. This dish is a great help when you need to quickly come up with a hearty meal for the whole family.
The idea of cooking a hearty meat and potato casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname yulia_smachno_tyt. The top is an appetizing golden crust.
Ingredients:
- pork – 350 g
- feta or cheese – 70-100
- hard cheese – 200 g
- mayonnaise or sour cream – 3-4 tbsp
- salt, paprika, ground black pepper, potato seasoning, salt to taste
For the marinade:
- soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
- mustard in grains – 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper, salt to taste.
- potatoes – 5-6 pcs (medium)
- oil – 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat, marinate it, and leave it for 20 minutes.
2. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet with the seasonings and oil, and top with the meat.
3. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes (cover with foil).
4. Take out and spread the cheese mixture on top.
5. Put it in the oven for another 7-10 minutes at 220 degrees to form a ruddy crust on top.
