Three-ingredient lactose and sugar-free universal cream: how to make it
Traditional cream for cakes and pastries is made from milk, sour cream, cream, and sugar. But if you don't use these products for some reason, you can use the following technology. You only need three vegetable ingredients for this cream.
The idea of making a universal dried apricot cream for any dessert is published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname dora_school. It turns out to be moderately sweet.
Ingredients:
- 75 g dried apricots
- 90 g of thick coconut cream
- 25 g coconut oil or cocoa butter
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the dried apricots and soak them in warm water for an hour.
2. Then drain the water.
3. Dry the dried apricots on a towel.
4. Melt the coconut oil and coconut cream to a temperature of about 35-40 degrees.
5. Cut the dried apricots into pieces.
6. Mix with cream and butter.
7. Beat in a blender bowl until smooth.
8. Transfer to a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap until it contacts.
9. Refrigerate overnight/few hours.
