Tangerine dessert in a glass with no baking: freezes in the refrigerator
If it's freezing outside, it means that tangerine season is in full swing. This fruit can not only be eaten on its own, but also made into delicious desserts. Alternatively, a sour cream mousse in a glass that doesn't even need to be baked.
The idea of making a tangerine dessert without baking was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname mrs.demenchuk.
Ingredients:
- tangerines – 3 pcs.
- sour cream – 300 g
- gelatin – 15 g
- water – 170 ml
- sugar – 200 g
You will also need:
- bottle
- skewer or sushi stick
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell. Mix sour cream with sugar. Melt the gelatin in the microwave several times for 15 seconds until completely dissolved, pour it into the sour cream and mix well.
2. Cut out the part with the neck of the bottle and remove the label.
3. Thread the tangerines on a skewer, insert them into the middle of the bottle, and pour the sour cream over them. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
4. Put the bottle in hot water for a few seconds, and you can carefully run a thin knife along the walls.
5. Or the best option is to carefully cut the bottle with scissors.
