Ingredients for pancakes:

• Eggs – 4 pcs

• Milk – 800 ml
• Flour – 10 tbsp
• Sugar – to taste
• Salt – a pinch
• For the butter

Ingredients for the cream:

• Cottage cheese – 500 g
• Cream – 250 ml
• Condensed milk – 250 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients for pancakes and fry them in a frying pan on both sides until cooked.

2. Mix the ingredients for the cream in a separate container and beat with a blender until smooth.

3. Set aside 4 ready-made pancakes. Cut the rest with a cooking ring.

4. Put 4 pancakes on the ring and start assembling the cake.

5. Put the pancakes in the mold, brushing each one with cream. Put a plate on top and cover with cling film.

6. Put them in the fridge overnight.
