But the liver is a rather specific product - it can be bitter, and too liquid a mass will fry poorly, and the dough will tear. To do this, you need to add the right ingredients to the liver.
The idea of making a delicious liver cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Marichka Repetska (marichka_repetska). It is imperative to add milk to the frying mass to eliminate the bitter taste. And to prevent the dough from tearing, you need to add eggs and flour.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- chicken liver - 800 grams
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- salt
Ingredients for the spread:
- 2 large carrots
- 3 large onions
- 1 head of garlic
- 150 grams of mayonnaise
- salt
Ingredients for decorating:
- 30-50 grams of mayonnaise
- 3-4 boiled eggs
- 1 large tomato
Method of preparation:
1.Blend the liver and onions in a blender.
2. Add eggs, flour, milk, salt.
3. Stir and whisk again.
4. Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides.
5. Blend the onions and carrots in a blender and fry.
6. Add garlic, mayonnaise, and salt.
7.Assemble the cake. Decorate with grated egg and tomato.
