Sausages are one of the most favorite foods for children. However, store-bought products are not always suitable for consumption due to their overly chemical composition. The way out of this situation is to make this delicacy at home.

Nutritionist Viktoriia Stelmakh shared a simple recipe for sausages for children (without salt, so it's suitable even for the smallest ones) with FoodOboz. They can be stored in the freezer.

Recipe for homemade sausages for children.

Ingredients:

  • mix of meat according to your desire 300-400 g
  • 1 chicken egg
  • soy flour 3-4 tablespoons
  • beet juice 1 tablespoon
  • cream 100-150 g
  • spices to taste
  • intestinal membrane.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the meat with a blender, add cream while whipping, beetroot juice, raw egg, seasonings, and soy flour.

2. Bring everything to a homogeneous consistency.

3. Take the intestinal membrane (if you are cooking for a child, rinse it well, they are often packaged with salt, so rinse under cold water).

4. Fill the intestinal cavity with minced meat. Cook immediately or freeze in the freezer.
