Ingredients
- Tortilla - 2 pcs
- Chicken fillet - 2/3 pcs
- Barbecue sauce
- Chips with paprika
- Sweet pepper - ½ pc
- Tomato - 1 pc
- Red onion - 1/3 pcs
- Cheese
- Sauce
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
The way of preparation
1. Open the packet of chips and roll them a little with a rolling pin to crush them.
2. Spread the tortilla with barbecue sauce on one side and sprinkle with a large layer of chips.
3. Bake the tortilla on a wire rack1 for 0-15 minutes at t 180°, convection mode.
4. Dice the tomatoes and pepper, mix together, adding salt and a little oil.
5. Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in a pan with spices.
6. Grate the cheese and add it to the chicken until it melts.
