Crispy and golden wings in the oven: tastier than barbecue
If you really want a barbecue, but you can't cook it outdoors, cook it in the oven. Chicken wings are perfect for this. They are very crispy and golden. In addition, you can add potatoes for a side dish right away.
The idea of cooking crispy and golden chicken wings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vita with the nickname vitala_foodblog. To make the meat juicy, add mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- juice of half a lemon
- salt, pepper, spices
- mustard in grains
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 3 tbsp. prepared barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp of liquid honey
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the wings into phalanges and marinate.
2. Cover the bottom of the baking sheet with foil and add the potatoes.
3. Put the oven rack on top and place the wings on it.
4. Cook at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, brush with sauce, bake for another 5 minutes.
6. Take it out again. Turn the wings over and bake for another 10 minutes.
