Cinnabons that always turn out fluffy: we share the secrets of making the dough
Cinnabons are delicious cinnamon rolls that are most often prepared in winter, for the holidays. The most important thing in this dessert is to make a fluffy and airy dough. To do this, you need to prepare the dough properly.
The idea of making fluffy cinnabons with icing was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana Droniak (di_droniak). To make the dough, you need to mix warm milk with yeast and leave the mixture to swell for a while.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 25 grams of yeast
- 65 grams of sugar
- 75 grams of butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 500 grams of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Combine milk with yeast, and set aside.
2. In another bowl, beat the butter with eggs and sugar.
3. Then add our dough (milk and yeast) and the rest of the ingredients to the butter.
4. Knead the dough and put it in a warm and dark place for 1-1.5 hours.
5. For the filling, mix the sugar with the cinnamon and set aside.
6. For the glaze, beat the sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
8. Sprinkle the filling on top, roll it up, and cut it into small pieces, thus forming buns.
9. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Then pour over the glaze.
