This method combines a low temperature in the refrigerator and a decrease in humidity. These two factors reduce the risk of mold growth. The essence of this method is to cut several holes in the bag in which the bread is stored.
According to the channel, the holes should be on all sides of the bag to ensure good air circulation. After that, the bread in the bag with the holes should be placed in the refrigerator. In this state in the refrigerator, it will remain fresh for several weeks.
The number of holes in the bag is also important. If you notice that even a single drop of moisture has formed in the middle of the bag, the number of holes should be increased immediately.
