To quickly prepare a dessert for tea, you don't need to stand at the stove for half a day. It is enough to have a few simple ingredients - and in just a few minutes your table will be decorated with delicious banana muffins. They are very fluffy, moderately sweet and moist.

Food blogger Julia Vilich (julia_vilich_food_blog) shared a recipe for banana muffins on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 110 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • melted butter - 120 g
  • flour - 160 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

  • bananas - 200 g
  • chocolate - 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs at room temperature with sugar and vanilla sugar for 7 minutes until a fluffy light mass is formed.

2. Add melted butter at room temperature. Mix with a spatula.

3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix with a spatula.

4. Mash bananas separately with a fork until mashed. Add to the dough.

5. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Add to the dough.

6. Fill the molds with batter. Sprinkle the muffins with sugar on top for a crispy crust. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 23-25 minutes.
