Without flour and baking: how to prepare a dessert in 10 minutes
No flour, no baking, made from readily available ingredients, and in just 10 minutes - what could be better than this dessert? It's based on a milk mixture with gelatin, which makes the dessert very tender, mousse-like, and yet holds its shape well.
Food blogger and nutritionist AlexMil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for a delicious flourless and baking-free milk dessert on his Instagram page that takes just 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:
- milk - 300 ml
- egg yolks - 3 pcs.
- sugar or a substitute - 70 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
What to make a dessert in 10 minutes

- sour cream - 350 g (15%)
- jalatin - 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with 100 ml of milk and leave to swell.
2. Add the egg yolks and sugar to the pan. Stir.

3. Pour 200 ml of milk to the eggs, stir and put on fire. Cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.
4. Add vanilla sugar, sour cream, gelatin. Stir until smooth.

5. Put the mass in a mold and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
6. Sprinkle with chocolate when serving.
